Sun-bleaching and other natural methods of fabric treatment are an important part of South Korean designer JiyongKim's process. These overalls, for example, are made from cotton that's thoroughly patterned and faded by leaving them in the sunlight. The hardware detailing and pockets give them a utilitarian feel. JiyongKim relies on natural processes to create his unique designs, resulting in minimal environmental impact. Featuring a dynamic bleached look achieved by months of sunlight exposure, these sweatpants are cut from cotton-jersey and have roomy pockets at the hips and hem.

JiyongKim tapped Alpha Industries, renowned for American-style military flight jackets, to create these trousers. Fitted with plenty of utility pockets, they're panelled from hard-wearing cotton-twill and have buckled waist tabs to adjust the fit. The languid ties at the back mimic parachute cords.
